How many drinks per hour can the Astoria Gloria AL Lever & Rapallo Lever espresso machine do?
There’s a huge amount of variability here, speaking in general terms, we advise about 45 seconds per extraction per group. If you are looking to do 1 drink per group head, then they would expect 80 drinks per group, or 160 total per hour. The machine from a capacity perspective can handle more, it's just that the lever style extracts slower than an automatic. Of course, if you are splitting their extractions into 2 singles per group with a double spout, then these numbers would double.
