The Marco SP9 precision brewer pumps water from the undercounter boiler (included!) into the re-circulation chamber in the head. The water is then dispensed onto the coffee bed at the volume and timing selected by the barista. This ensures the water never loses temperature, so the barista's recipe remains consistent brew after brew.
