Acaia's Atlas Brew Stand is a simple yet strategic tool designed to help you track the movement of water & coffee throughout the brewing process in conjunction with Acaia's Lunar Espresso Scale and Pearl Coffee Scale. With this setup, the Lunar Scale will display the real-time beverage weight, and the Pearl Scale will display the real-time brewing water weight.When both scales are synced to Acaia's Brewbar App, it provides a live visualization of the brewing process, graphing brew water, beverage weight, and retained liquid in the brewing device. The Brewbar App also displays a continuously refreshed brewing ratio (water : dry coffee) and beverage ratio (beverage : dry coffee) throughout brewing.The combined use of the Atlas Brew Stand, both Lunar and Pearl scales, and the Brewbar App offers real-time feedback to help you craft consistent quality coffee beverages.
