The Victoria is equipped with a single boiler, dual purpose system, featuring a brass boiler that retains heat better than stainless steel. However, it is important to note that brass boilers are more prone to limescale buildup than their stainless steel counterparts. To mitigate this, we strongly advise using the water softener provided with the machine. Upon starting from a cold state, the Victoria takes a mere 2 minutes to reach its desired temperature of 200°F (93°C), making it the perfect option for those who don’t want to wait each morning for their espresso.
