The Appia Life semi-automatic is the basic model of the Appia Life series. This machine is more than capable of delivering high quality espresso, especially at the hands of a well-trained barista. The machine is in complete control of the barista during the extraction processes requiring them to both start and end each shot.
The Appia Life semi-automatic espresso machine also features Nuova Simonelli’s Soft-Infusion System (SIS), which delivers a small amount of water at a low pressure to pre-wet or pre-infuse the espresso before ramping up to the full 9 bars of pressure. This helps to ensure that the coffee is saturated evenly, leading to more precise and better espresso extractions.
All new Nuova Simonelli machines come standard with the Gold warranty, which covers 12 months labor and 24 months parts.
