All Simonelli machines purchased through us come with Simonelli's industry leading Gold Warranty and Installation services at no additional charge.  Machines will be shipped directly to the installer for inspection and installation at your location. 

Note that installation services are not provided on Simonelli's home line of equipment (Oscar II, Musica, and E1 Prima).

• Beyond Point Charges: If Nuova Distribution USA does not have a service technician within 3 hours driving time of the install location, extra travel charges will apply.
• Overtime charges: Installation must occur during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM). Additional charges will apply for installations outside of regular business hours.
• Grinders, Oscar, Musica, and E1 Prima: Installation and setup services are not included. Parts & Labor services are facilitated offsite.
