The new flagship Cafe Series brewer from Toddy has been designed to pique customer curiosity and encourage engagement in the cafe. Made of brewer's grade stainless steel, this 10 liter cold brewer is simple to use and clean and features an internal filter platform constructed from one solid piece of stainless steel (no folds or pockets where liquids or coffee grounds could get trapped). The stainless steel spigot comes with readily replaceable food-safe washers and can be completely disassembled for cleaning. This cold brewer also features a domed base, which channels coffee fines to the perimeter of the brewer, producing a fresh, virtually sediment-free cold brew. The Cafe Series utilizes single-use, compostable paper filters, and offers multiple serving options; users can dispense directly from the brewer or attach a hose to fill a keg or other storage vessel.
